United Arab Emirates (August 13, 2015, Thursday) - YAS Oilfield Services and
Atlas Copco have signed an agency agreement for specific products today. 
This agreement appoints YAS Oilfield Services as its agent for the Sales and
Services of PDC Drilling Tools and Tricone Bits products for the whole United
Arab Emirates.

Atlas Copco has expanded their scope of products and industry and intends
to cater to the oil and gas industry especially in United Arab Emirates through
introducing these above stated products.  This agreement which appoints
YAS Oilfield Services marks a new business partnership and the first
partnership catering to the drilling operations in the oil and gas industry in
United Arab Emirates by Atlas Copco. This agreement also further
strengthens the position of both companies in the market.  The combination
of YAS Oilfield Services’ capacity and experience together with Atlas Copco’s
high-quality products and longevity in the business industry will truly satisfy
our clients’ needs.
